The day sits quietly over the Avengers Mansion as the normal day starts..

Captain America was talking with President Biden about Senator Kelly of the Republicans. Pointing out that the Sentinels are doing more destruction to the Cities then any mutant or MetaHuman. That they crash through store walls and Malls.. Destroy streets and landmarks.. as they just bash their way through anything in their way endangering Citizens and so citizen have been stepped on and kicked and now citizens and businesses are suing the Government as well..That they have cellphone video proof as well a security camera footage..That Senator Kelly is causing billions of dollars in suits and damages to Cities oh his Quest to attack mutant and Meta kind. As well as they have proof he is putting them in prisons and Science Labs. The also have footage of that as well..
President Biden frowned as he watched the footage that Capt. America has as he saw the Lawyer for mutant and Metahuman rights as American Citizens was Jen Walters aka She-Hulk..She was a very well know Lawyer that was called the Emerald Beast in court..
Iron Man as usual missing do to SHIELD business..
