So there are many out there and here is a simple list on what they do.
Green Kryptonite and Purple Kryptonite
Green Kryptonite primarily weakens a Kryptonian and even poisons them. Which too much exposure can be fatal. Leading to death.
Red Kryptonite
Red Kryptonite in a sense works like a random magic spell. It can do something completely random to a Kryptonite, like turn them into another creature or various spell. However, like Chicken Pox after that particular one affected them. The Kryptonian is now immune to that specific Red Kryptonite. They can only be affected once by that particular one. Each Red Kryptonite does something different. (The effects of the Red Kryptonite can last anywhere from 1 to 3 days.)
Gold Kryptonite
Can act as a nullify. Robbing all powers and rendering the Kryptonian normal, even as well as if the Kryptonian has children, the chances of the child being more normal human traits is possible. (Requires a antidote to restore powers to the Kryptonian.)
White Kryptonite
Is harmful to plants and can kill all plant life.
Black Kryptonite
Affects humans and Kryptonians. It will virtually split the individual into two sides. One completely of goodness and pure, the other of complete evil and hate.
Silver Kryptonite
Cause huge hallucination and can tamper with the memories of the Kryptonian. Making them confuse and unable to think or see things for what they really are.
Blue Kryptonite
Harmful to Bizarro like green to Kryptonians. For Kryptonians it acts as a cure for anything the Red Kryptonite did to them.
Pink Kryptonite
This makes heterosexual Kryptonians become homosexuals for a short period of time. The more exposure the longer the time. Does not affect already homosexual kryptonians.
Jewel Kryptonite
Makes Kryptonians become powerful psychics that can simply tell other people what to do and they shall do it.
Slow Kryptonite
Makes Kryptonians bodies act and do things rather slow, as well as the flow of the body to move much more slower and makes them vulnerable.
Red/Green Kryptonite mix
Mutates a Kryptonian physically and hideously...Such as extra eyes, limbs and so forth or deformed. The affects can last a little over 24 hours.
Synthetic Kryptonite
Forces a Kryptonian to have issues with their moral beliefs and behaviors. Even as much as harming those they care about greatly.
Opal Kryptonite
Can drive a Kryptonian completely insane for a short amount of time. However, these types of Kryptonites do not last long. They eventually burn out and don't exist for long periods of time.

Can take a Kryptonian's powers away forever...
