The Punisher is the recipient of multi-disciplinary military training from the U.S. Marine Corps. While a Marine, he also received training from the U.S. Army and Navy as well as cross-training with the Australian Special Air Service Regiment during the Vietnam War. In addition, since beginning his work as the Punisher, Castle has used his military discipline and training techniques to update and expand his skills in areas that aid in his mission (disguise acting,
use of non-military weapons, etc.). From this training, Punisher is proficient in not only basic infantry skills, but in special operations, which includes the use and maintenance of specialized firearms and explosive ordnance. He is highly trained in infiltration into heavily-guarded enemy territories and structures for the purpose of assassination, capture, and military intelligence. Also, he is trained in various forms of camouflage and stealth.
He is also highly adept at hand to hand combat, and has been trained in multiple forms of martial-arts.
Both Nick Fury and Tony Stark have commented on how extraordinarily high his pain tolerance is. He does not take even over-the-counter painkillers, as he feels that their benefit of dulling pain is not worth the side effects of drowsiness and slowed reflexes

The Second set of powers happen when The punisher was After The Dark Reign saga While he was Franken-Castle, The Punisher had superhuman strength to an unknown degree.
Weaknesses: Castle once Relied on a "synaptic glue" medication to keep his mind together due to brain damage caused by his fight with Daken and becoming Franken-Castle. Castle once had a bloodstone fragment which had enhanced him in currently unknown ways, it had also given him some degree of a healing factor which has allowed him to recover from serious injuries including restoring him to his old self.

Frank knows he's a lone in the world and his days of trusting "sidekicks" are over. He was a Marine on leave from Vietnam when he began his war and that's just how he treats it. Frank Castle goes after mobsters with a militant attitude and won't stop until his war is over. He has nothing to lose and all the time in the world.

History/Backround:
born in 1950, Queens, New York to parents of Sicilian ancestry, the young Francis Castiglione (frank castle ) After leaving the Priesthood, He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, eventually becoming a U.S. Marine Captain. He married his wife, Maria, who was already pregnant with their first child prior to his enlistment. During his time in the USMC, Castiglione graduated from boot camp and then went on to United States Marine Corps School of Infantry. While still in training, Castiglione met Phan Bighawk, an American Indian scout. He was assigned to be Castiglione's guide, and through Phan, he learned how to survive in the wilderness. Following his training, long before he became the Punisher, Frank Castle acquired his training , battle instincts & code of Justice as a highly de decorated soldier in the U.S. military. Castle served four tours of duty in South east Asia and earned more than half dozen commendations. It was during this time that Castle encountered several people who would later resurfaces as both allies and enemies during his career as the Punisher.
Castle found trouble early when he discovered his Sergeant, Mikta, was encouraging soldiers to desert, leaving them to die in turn.. Castle killed Mikta who is perhaps his earliest criminal victim. He was betrayed by a superior a second time when he fell under the command of Sgt. Cleve Gorman whose manipulation in furthering his illicit drug operations resulted in death of most of his platoon. Gorman survived the war unscathed, but later met justice at the hands of the Punisher, Castle also fought alongside One Roger Wong, A friend From boot Camp: Some years later the punisher would recruit him as a weapon supplier.
Castle was promoted to the rank of Sergeant and became a top Sniper, assigned to take down, an emery Shooter named or dubbed the Monkey. He would later adopted the enemy's symbol of a stark white skull as the Punisher 's trademark symbol . During an ambush, Castle's Life was saved by LTV. Burt Kenyon, a debt that would be remembered when the Punisher faced Kenyon as the Hit man.
During his Second tour , Lt Castle led the Third Marine Company , which include Rich Von Burian, under the command of col. Ray Schoonover, Unknown to castle , Schoonover, was a drug smuggler, and the company suffered casualties while protecting a supply train. Later Von Burian became Schoonover enforcer, and clashed with the Punisher as the sniper.
Castle next became involved in the Special forces, where he distinguished himself in undercover operations along side the sadistic De Sade, the mysterious Spook and the infantryman Ice Phillips. Castle's taste for war steadily grew enhancing his reputation for deadliness.
Now Captain Castle served his third tour as fire base, valley forge where he led Platoon of Twenty Ninth of marines in an increasingly hopeless atmosphere, Here- at this neglected, isolated outpost. Castle was at his most ruthless a loner with storing come pt for authority. In the face of a massive enemy offensive, he emerged against all odds as the sole survivor of valley forge. Perhaps it was the heat of this battle that the Punisher was born.
Castle earned Green Beret status in his fourth tour as rescued Several POWs from the so called Death Doctor, a mission that earned castle the congressional medal of honor. While returning to America. Castle remained active as a military trainer which earned him a Presidential medal of Freedom. While on the way to receive the medal his family was killed. In the wake of the tragedy, Castle abandoned the military and went AWOL and he was labeled a deserter. Warfare, like the loss of his family, has left a mark on him that will never fade...
Frank Castle was a captain in the United States Marine Corps and served five years in Vietnam. For heroism in the line of duty, he was twice decorated with both the Bronze and Silver Star and four times with the Purple Heart. Several years after the American involvement in Vietnam ended, he ran special training missions for Marine commandos in the upper New York State area. While on leave he took his wife and his two small children to Central Park in New York City for a picnic. There Castle's wife and children happened upon the scene of a mob killing on the Sheep's Meadow green in the park.. Fearing witnesses, the mobsters murdered Castle's wife and children and escaped. Castle survived but was traumatized by his wife and children's murders. He deserted from the Marines just before he was to be awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
Castle went AWOL for a few months and then resurfaced to conduct a one-man anti-crime campaign out of his high-tech battle van. He had outfitted himself with assorted weapons and a battle suit that displayed a large death's head on the chest. For the next few weeks he sought out and executed criminals who he believed had some association with the gangsters who had killed his wife and children. The news media named him the Punisher.
A concerned New York City detective named John Laviano identified the gang who slew the Punisher's family as the "family" of Bruno Costa, brother of a powerful Mafia boss on the East Coast. Unfortunately, Costa's alibis were supported by enough alleged "witnesses" to make prosecution impossible. Since the law's hands were tied, the Punisher used the information Laviano had accumulated to hunt down Costa's gang and eliminate them. Thus began the Punisher's career as a vigilante, a self-proclaimed enemy of crime. He has both clashed and cooperated with the costumed crime fighter Spider-Man, and the Punisher has made an enemy of another crime fighter, Daredevil, who disapproves of his violent, often lethal methods
The Punisher has served time in prison for his brutal slayings, and has even managed to wage his warfare against criminals within prison itself. While imprisoned on Ryker's Island the Punisher was drugged with mind-altering chemicals on the orders of his enemy, the criminal gang leader Jigsaw, whose face was horribly damaged when the Punisher once hurled him through a window. The chemicals had a delayed, cumulative effect that drove the Punisher mad, so that after he escaped prison, he eventually began firing at even such minor criminals as litterbugs and traffic violators. After the Punisher was again taken into police custody, he was sent to a psychiatric hospital, where he underwent detoxification and was restored to a relative version of sanity. The Punisher was sent back to Ryker's island but soon escaped again. Frank Castle had fought his war on crime for thirty years by then. Adapting to the times, he no longer wears his battle suit and his battle van was destroyed.
Fast forward to Marvel knights
Frank Castle once died. The angels recruited him to rid the world of evil; he'd kill for them and eventually redeem himself. Frank Castle soon decided against it and the Angels "teased" him by bringing him up to heaven and showing him what he had given up, his family. As punishment the angels left Frank in the world he had left behind. The world of perverts, rapists and psychos, little did they know, to Frank, it was a second chance, this time he wouldn't be stopped.
Upon returning Frank set himself up in a run down apartment building where his roommates where Mr. Bumbo, a man so fat he had trouble leaving his apartment, Dave, and Joan, a woman afraid of her own shadow. They knew him as John Smith. He set his sights on the Gnucci family. On their first encounter Frank tossed Ma Gnucci into a lion's pit. After losing her arms and legs, Ma Gnucci sent the Russian after Frank. Eventually defeating the Russian, Frank finally took out the Gnucci family. Celebrating his victory The Punisher hurled Ma Gnucci's limbless body into the burning Gnucci mansion and killed three vigilantes that his war had inspired.
Civil war
Frank had a six book battle with Daredevil (again) and he had fight to Bullseye & the kingpin in a five part series. Since then in DD 85 or 84 in part 3 of the Jail story D block the Punisher went to jail again, and he was cell mates with Matt Murdock and guess who else was in the same block the Kingpin and Bullseye, and the two had to team up to stop a riot, and now the Punisher never gets a day off yet because he is facing the essentials and he is getting ready for CW Civil War and yes he shall be on Captain America's Side because in the "Files of Civil war" Iron man has labeled Castle as bad news Since he was on Capt America’s side..
Civil War Initially Castle was not concerned about the civil war between the heroes until the government started using super powered criminals to enforce the law. This act made Castle enter the war on the side of Captain America and the Secret Avengers. After rescuing Spider-Man from Pro-Registration forces he brought the beaten and unconscious hero to the Anti-Registration hideout. Some heroes were apprehensive about having the vigilante in their midst while some were outraged not wanting him there at all, but after he assured them that he could get them into the Baxter Building Captain America allowed him to join. Unfortunately on the eve of the final battle two super villians attempted to join the Anti-Registration forces and the Punisher killed them outright. Enraged Captain America attacked Castle for his lack of self-control and for not finding the better man within himself. When the war was over Frank found himself on the run from G.W. Bridge and S.H.I.E.L.D once again.
After Civil war and The Death Of Steven Rogers, The famous Punisher war Journals were back , Was back for a second season, The “WJ” Or war Journals The books would cover The Punisher side of events Such as the Fall out After Civil war went the Punisher was left Holding The Mask of Steven Rogers, When Rogers was killed by Shield, and other Marvel events Such as Planet hulk.
Dark Reign
After the Skrull Invasion, Norman Osborn became the head of S.H.I.E.L.D and made it into H.A.M.M.E.R, While Frank wanted to kill Norman by assassinating him with a rifle and tried killing him but failed to do so. The Sentry stopped the bullet from killing Norman. Sentry went up to fight Frank. While Frank was losing, he hid in his van until an unknown man named Henry led him to hide his hideout. Henry then gave some information on a drug ring and wanted the Punisher to take them out and take photos of it. He did it and it made the news papers. Norman Osborn read it and ordered the Hood to have Frank killed.
The Hood needed help to take Frank down, so he brought back Microchip from the dead. The Hood said he would bring back his son if he took out the Punisher. After Microchip failed to do so, The Hood summoned back some super-villians from the dead to help take out the Punisher. The Hood then took G.W. Bridge's wife away and killed her, while his son was kidnapped. The Hood also took Frank's family out of their grave. Frank then had to see the Hood and Microchip, with G.W. Bridge tied up. The Hood said to kill him so he could have his family back from the dead and Microchip's son. Frank refused to do so. Microchip took Hood's gun and killed G.W.Bridge. Microchip's son and Frank's family were brought back alive. Frank was shocked to see his family alive. Frank used Fire Brand’s flames to burn his family and Microchip's son alive. The Hood and Frank battled it out. While Frank was on the losing side, he bribed the Hood with one of his family members. The Hood let him go and told him that Henry was Jigsaw's son. The Punisher went back to his van, kicking Henry out. Henry then said "Don't you want to undo what happened in the past?" Frank gave a straight "No" and drove off.
Soon after, Osborn dispatched Daken and dozens of H.A.M.M.E.R. agents to kill Frank. When Frank and Daken fought one on one Daken emerged victorious slicing Frank to pieces. Those pieces were then recovered by Moloids and Man-Thing.
After healing completely he started hunting the Hood but without results so he went after Micro. On his way a woman in a black leather suit attacked him. She pretended she was his burnt wife but it was later revealed that it was Lady Gorgon who he had also burned working with Jigsaw. This all ended with a final confrontation between Jigsaw, Henry, and Frank. Lady Gorgon is killed by Master Yoshiokya, a leader of the Hand Jigsaw fell in a fire and In the Punisher: In the Blood mini-series,
Henry Russo helped the Punisher in locating Microchip and also helped him to takes down his father, Jigsaw. When Russo returns home his mother, his is confronted by his father, Jigsaw and his enforcer, Stuart Clarke.[4] Russo threatening to shoots, but his father, Jigsaw intends that he here protect him from the Punisher, believing he attempts to kills him. Jigsaw escorted his son, Russo to his warehouse mansion.[5] When Russo choose helped his father and questions as to why the Punisher was manhunt to him, his father, Jigsaw tells his son Russo that Jigsaw is referring to himself and knowing that Russo with him. After the Punisher is location Jigsaw's hideouts and killing Jigsaw's men, but the Punisher confused that Russo is confronts him, saying he knowing the plans and shocks the Punisher with a teaser. Jigsaw proud his son Russo has subdued the Punisher. Jigsaw shows his son Russo the monitor renderings where Punisher is held captive. Jigsaw allows the Punisher to killed Microchip and explains to Russo, that Microchip killed G.W. Bridge from Dark Reign. Jigsaw got inference by Stuart about his inheritance fund. When Russo realizes his father had manipulated them, he helps the Punisher escape and tells them that both are being bluffs. However, Russo get caught by Stuart to cut his arms with the razor blades but Jigsaw stabs Stuart tells him it is wrong and promptly shoots Stuart, and then he attempts to kills his own son. Jigsaw attacks his son in pain, until he stops upon seeing his young Russo, Jigsaw apologizes to Russo for he did, but Russo kicks him away. Unfortunately the battle causes the warehouse to go up in flames, Russo runs on the rooftop when Jigsaw show up and the Punisher salvation is well. While both hand-to-hand with Jigsaw each other Russo tells his father that he is a grown man and made his choices and his deeds. The battle causes the roof to collapse, the Punisher becomes unconscious when Jigsaw whacks him to death with a wooden platform, thought Russo beat his father to it while trying to save the Punisher, nevertheless Russo grabs his father arm to keep him from falling in flames. However, Jigsaw then grins let go, falling into the flames to his death, thankfully the Punisher sits up and saves Russo from jumping off a building. Afterward, the Punisher forces Henry Russo to leave, weeks later, Russo and his mother are relax and started a normal life.

The Punisher is the recipient of multi-disciplinary military training from the U.S. Marine Corps. While a Marine, he also received training from the U.S. Army and Navy as well as cross-training with the Australian Special Air Service Regiment during the Vietnam War. In addition, since beginning his work as the Punisher, Castle has used his military discipline and training techniques to update and expand his skills in areas that aid in his mission (disguise acting,
use of non-military weapons, etc.). Frank Castle goes after mobsters with a militant attitude and won't stop until his war is over. He has nothing to lose and all the time in the world.

History/Backround:
born in 1950, Queens, New York to parents of Sicilian ancestry, the young Francis Castiglione (frank castle ) After leaving the Priesthood, He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, eventually becoming a U.S. Marine Captain. He married his wife, Maria, who was already pregnant with their first child prior to his enlistment. During his time in the USMC, Castiglione graduated from boot camp and then went on to United States Marine Corps School of Infantry. While still in training, Castiglione met Phan Bighawk, an American Indian scout. He was assigned to be Castiglione's guide, and through Phan, he learned how to survive in the wilderness. Following his training, long before he became the Punisher, Frank Castle acquired his training , battle instincts & code of Justice as a highly de decorated soldier in the U.S. military. Castle served four tours of duty in South east Asia and earned more than half dozen commendations. It was during this time that Castle encountered several people who would later resurfaces as both allies and enemies during his career as the Punisher.
Castle found trouble early when he discovered his Sergeant, Mikta, was encouraging soldiers to desert, leaving them to die in turn.. Castle killed Mikta who is perhaps his earliest criminal victim. He was betrayed by a superior a second time when he fell under the command of Sgt. Cleve Gorman whose manipulation in furthering his illicit drug operations resulted in death of most of his platoon. Gorman survived the war unscathed, but later met justice at the hands of the Punisher, Castle also fought alongside One Roger Wong, A friend From boot Camp: Some years later the punisher would recruit him as a weapon supplier.
Castle was promoted to the rank of Sergeant and became a top Sniper, assigned to take down, an emery Shooter named or dubbed the Monkey. He would later adopted the enemy's symbol of a stark white skull as the Punisher 's trademark symbol . During an ambush, Castle's Life was saved by LTV. Burt Kenyon, a debt that would be remembered when the Punisher faced Kenyon as the Hit man.
During his Second tour , Lt Castle led the Third Marine Company , which include Rich Von Burian, under the command of col. Ray Schoonover, Unknown to castle , Schoonover, was a drug smuggler, and the company suffered casualties while protecting a supply train. Later Von Burian became Schoonover enforcer, and clashed with the Punisher as the sniper.
Castle next became involved in the Special forces, where he distinguished himself in undercover operations along side the sadistic De Sade, the mysterious Spook and the infantryman Ice Phillips. Castle's taste for war steadily grew enhancing his reputation for deadliness.
Now Captain Castle served his third tour as fire base, valley forge where he led Platoon of Twenty Ninth of marines in an increasingly hopeless atmosphere, Here- at this neglected, isolated outpost. Castle was at his most ruthless a loner with storing come pt for authority. In the face of a massive enemy offensive, he emerged against all odds as the sole survivor of valley forge. Perhaps it was the heat of this battle that the Punisher was born.
Castle earned Green Beret status in his fourth tour as rescued Several POWs from the so called Death Doctor, a mission that earned castle the congressional medal of honor. While returning to America. Castle remained active as a military trainer which earned him a Presidential medal of Freedom. While on the way to receive the medal his family was killed. In the wake of the tragedy, Castle abandoned the military and went AWOL and he was labeled a deserter. Warfare, like the loss of his family, has left a mark on him that will never fade...
Frank Castle was a captain in the United States Marine Corps and served five years in Vietnam. For heroism in the line of duty, he was twice decorated with both the Bronze and Silver Star and four times with the Purple Heart. Several years after the American involvement in Vietnam ended, he ran special training missions for Marine commandos in the upper New York State area. While on leave he took his wife and his two small children to Central Park in New York City for a picnic. There Castle's wife and children happened upon the scene of a mob killing on the Sheep's Meadow green in the park.. Fearing witnesses, the mobsters murdered Castle's wife and children and escaped. Castle survived but was traumatized by his wife and children's murders. He deserted from the Marines just before he was to be awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
Castle went AWOL for a few months and then resurfaced to conduct a one-man anti-crime campaign out of his high-tech battle van. He had outfitted himself with assorted weapons and a battle suit that displayed a large death's head on the chest. For the next few weeks he sought out and executed criminals who he believed had some association with the gangsters who had killed his wife and children. The news media named him the Punisher.
A concerned New York City detective named John Laviano identified the gang who slew the Punisher's family as the "family" of Bruno Costa, brother of a powerful Mafia boss on the East Coast. Unfortunately, Costa's alibis were supported by enough alleged "witnesses" to make prosecution impossible. Since the law's hands were tied, the Punisher used the information Laviano had accumulated to hunt down Costa's gang and eliminate them. Thus began the Punisher's career as a vigilante, a self-proclaimed enemy of crime. He has both clashed and cooperated with the costumed crime fighter Spider-Man, and the Punisher has made an enemy of another crime fighter, Daredevil, who disapproves of his violent, often lethal methods
The Punisher has served time in prison for his brutal slayings, and has even managed to wage his warfare against criminals within prison itself. While imprisoned on Ryker's Island the Punisher was drugged with mind-altering chemicals on the orders of his enemy, the criminal gang leader Jigsaw, whose face was horribly damaged when the Punisher once hurled him through a window. The chemicals had a delayed, cumulative effect that drove the Punisher mad, so that after he escaped prison, he eventually began firing at even such minor criminals as litterbugs and traffic violators. After the Punisher was again taken into police custody, he was sent to a psychiatric hospital, where he underwent detoxification and was restored to a relative version of sanity. The Punisher was sent back to Ryker's island but soon escaped again. Frank Castle had fought his war on crime for thirty years by then. Adapting to the times, he no longer wears his battle suit and his battle van was destroyed.
Fast forward to Marvel knights
Frank Castle once died. The angels recruited him to rid the world of evil; he'd kill for them and eventually redeem himself. Frank Castle soon decided against it and the Angels "teased" him by bringing him up to heaven and showing him what he had given up, his family. As punishment the angels left Frank in the world he had left behind. The world of perverts, rapists and psychos, little did they know, to Frank, it was a second chance, this time he wouldn't be stopped.
Upon returning Frank set himself up in a run down apartment building where his roommates where Mr. Bumbo, a man so fat he had trouble leaving his apartment, Dave, and Joan, a woman afraid of her own shadow. They knew him as John Smith. He set his sights on the Gnucci family. On their first encounter Frank tossed Ma Gnucci into a lion's pit. After losing her arms and legs, Ma Gnucci sent the Russian after Frank. Eventually defeating the Russian, Frank finally took out the Gnucci family. Celebrating his victory The Punisher hurled Ma Gnucci's limbless body into the burning Gnucci mansion and killed three vigilantes that his war had inspired.
Civil war
Frank had a six book battle with Daredevil (again) and he had fight to Bullseye & the kingpin in a five part series. Since then in DD 85 or 84 in part 3 of the Jail story D block the Punisher went to jail again, and he was cell mates with Matt Murdock and guess who else was in the same block the Kingpin and Bullseye, and the two had to team up to stop a riot, and now the Punisher never gets a day off yet because he is facing the essentials and he is getting ready for CW Civil War and yes he shall be on Captain America's Side because in the "Files of Civil war" Iron man has labeled Castle as bad news Since he was on Capt America’s side..
Civil War Initially Castle was not concerned about the civil war between the heroes until the government started using super powered criminals to enforce the law. This act made Castle enter the war on the side of Captain America and the Secret Avengers. After rescuing Spider-Man from Pro-Registration forces he brought the beaten and unconscious hero to the Anti-Registration hideout. Some heroes were apprehensive about having the vigilante in their midst while some were outraged not wanting him there at all, but after he assured them that he could get them into the Baxter Building Captain America allowed him to join. Unfortunately on the eve of the final battle two super villians attempted to join the Anti-Registration forces and the Punisher killed them outright. Enraged Captain America attacked Castle for his lack of self-control and for not finding the better man within himself. When the war was over Frank found himself on the run from G.W. Bridge and S.H.I.E.L.D once again.
After Civil war and The Death Of Steven Rogers, The famous Punisher war Journals were back , Was back for a second season, The “WJ” Or war Journals The books would cover The Punisher side of events Such as the Fall out After Civil war went the Punisher was left Holding The Mask of Steven Rogers, When Rogers was killed by Shield, and other Marvel events Such as Planet hulk.
Dark Reign
After the Skrull Invasion, Norman Osborn became the head of S.H.I.E.L.D and made it into H.A.M.M.E.R, While Frank wanted to kill Norman by assassinating him with a rifle and tried killing him but failed to do so. The Sentry stopped the bullet from killing Norman. Sentry went up to fight Frank. While Frank was losing, he hid in his van until an unknown man named Henry led him to hide his hideout. Henry then gave some information on a drug ring and wanted the Punisher to take them out and take photos of it. He did it and it made the news papers. Norman Osborn read it and ordered the Hood to have Frank killed.
The Hood needed help to take Frank down, so he brought back Microchip from the dead. The Hood said he would bring back his son if he took out the Punisher. After Microchip failed to do so, The Hood summoned back some super-villians from the dead to help take out the Punisher. The Hood then took G.W. Bridge's wife away and killed her, while his son was kidnapped. The Hood also took Frank's family out of their grave. Frank then had to see the Hood and Microchip, with G.W. Bridge tied up. The Hood said to kill him so he could have his family back from the dead and Microchip's son. Frank refused to do so. Microchip took Hood's gun and killed G.W.Bridge. Microchip's son and Frank's family were brought back alive. Frank was shocked to see his family alive. Frank used Fire Brand’s flames to burn his family and Microchip's son alive. The Hood and Frank battled it out. While Frank was on the losing side, he bribed the Hood with one of his family members. The Hood let him go and told him that Henry was Jigsaw's son. The Punisher went back to his van, kicking Henry out. Henry then said "Don't you want to undo what happened in the past?" Frank gave a straight "No" and drove off.
Soon after, Osborn dispatched Daken and dozens of H.A.M.M.E.R. agents to kill Frank. When Frank and Daken fought one on one Daken emerged victorious slicing Frank to pieces. Those pieces were then recovered by Moloids and Man-Thing.
After healing completely he started hunting the Hood but without results so he went after Micro. On his way a woman in a black leather suit attacked him. She pretended she was his burnt wife but it was later revealed that it was Lady Gorgon who he had also burned working with Jigsaw. This all ended with a final confrontation between Jigsaw, Henry, and Frank. Lady Gorgon is killed by Master Yoshiokya, a leader of the Hand Jigsaw fell in a fire and In the Punisher: In the Blood mini-series,
Henry Russo helped the Punisher in locating Microchip and also helped him to takes down his father, Jigsaw. When Russo returns home his mother, his is confronted by his father, Jigsaw and his enforcer, Stuart Clarke.[4] Russo threatening to shoots, but his father, Jigsaw intends that he here protect him from the Punisher, believing he attempts to kills him. Jigsaw escorted his son, Russo to his warehouse mansion.[5] When Russo choose helped his father and questions as to why the Punisher was manhunt to him, his father, Jigsaw tells his son Russo that Jigsaw is referring to himself and knowing that Russo with him. After the Punisher is location Jigsaw's hideouts and killing Jigsaw's men, but the Punisher confused that Russo is confronts him, saying he knowing the plans and shocks the Punisher with a teaser. Jigsaw proud his son Russo has subdued the Punisher. Jigsaw shows his son Russo the monitor renderings where Punisher is held captive. Jigsaw allows the Punisher to killed Microchip and explains to Russo, that Microchip killed G.W. Bridge from Dark Reign. Jigsaw got inference by Stuart about his inheritance fund. When Russo realizes his father had manipulated them, he helps the Punisher escape and tells them that both are being bluffs. However, Russo get caught by Stuart to cut his arms with the razor blades but Jigsaw stabs Stuart tells him it is wrong and promptly shoots Stuart, and then he attempts to kills his own son. Jigsaw attacks his son in pain, until he stops upon seeing his young Russo, Jigsaw apologizes to Russo for he did, but Russo kicks him away. Unfortunately the battle causes the warehouse to go up in flames, Russo runs on the rooftop when Jigsaw show up and the Punisher salvation is well. While both hand-to-hand with Jigsaw each other Russo tells his father that he is a grown man and made his choices and his deeds. The battle causes the roof to collapse, the Punisher becomes unconscious when Jigsaw whacks him to death with a wooden platform, thought Russo beat his father to it while trying to save the Punisher, nevertheless Russo grabs his father arm to keep him from falling in flames. However, Jigsaw then grins let go, falling into the flames to his death, thankfully the Punisher sits up and saves Russo from jumping off a building. Afterward, the Punisher forces Henry Russo to leave, weeks later, Russo and his mother are relax and started a normal life.
