RP Rules: You best read this before even filling out the template
1: Respect one another, no arguments, meaning keep real life/personal issues out of the RP. Also keep language to a minimum, the only word I will be keeping tabs on is the F bomb. using it too much will get you a warning.
2: No Fluid RP, if you don't know what that means, ask me. [only character capable of Fluid RP are folks who have befriended a shape shifter, are using Multiple Man, or your custom character has the same ability as Multiple man]
3: In order to use mind controlling powers on another, you must first discuss this up with the other player to get their OK.
4: If two people are wanting the same cannon character, PM me an RP sample for the character. I'll choose the one that most fits the character.
5: God Modding is looked down upon, but being as this is the Marvel universe, I'll decide what is God Modding and what isn't.
6: Profiles are not to be changed or messed with once accepted. Template is as is, no changes to it at all.
Note: if using canon character list primary and secondary mutation and if Omega Level Mutant.
7: You get 3 warnings then your deleted form the site, the warnings can be challenged, but proof to help you out must be presented.
8: This is by far the most important next to rule 1. If you are joining this site it's because your going to RP. I understand real life can get in the way at times and that is What the he Check out and Check in thread is for. If you join a thread, your to RP in it, not just drop out of it and the famous " I have no Muse" excuse will not cut it in this RP. You post at least 4 sentences if you can't think of something really good. This is in place to keep the site moving. Also, once In a thread you cannot just drop it, unless you have your character exit the thread and note in OOC bracket he's exiting then that character is stuck in that particular thread.
9: Activity is key, if you are going to be gone please check out and when you return check back in.
10: Chat rooms, be it C-Box or Live Chat box are to be used for personal simple chat rps, nothing done in the chats will effect or be considered to be part of the thread rps.
11: This RP does not involve any other universe of Marvel. As you can see it involves current events of today so it's this universe, our own. if your going to play a character form an alternate universe [example: Ultimate X-Men or Ultimates] or a dead character, you need to add in their history how they wound up in this universe or were brought aback to life. of course this can only occur if you've grabbed the character before someone else.
12: Sexual exploits shall be kept to a minimum, being as other ages may be involved in the RP, meaning, try to rate the thread your in appropriately from PG13 to X. this involves both canon and customs

6: The only power restriction I have is universe altering abilities.
7: Try to be as original as possible with custom characters
