Long ago...In Ancient Times...








There was a world there heroes, villains, even the every day folks stride for a ancient quest that falls within powerful magic... Two swords with unspeakable powers....One known as the sword of purity and hope, Soul Calibur. A sword that can heal any wound or cure any illness, along with powers to assist those in battle and even potentially open doors to new worlds.
Along with this was it's counterpart...Soul Edge, a sword by pure evil and a sword that when struck down onto others it'll take their souls...However, the person wielding the sword may also succumb to it's power or turn into an unspeakable evil powerful being...This sword is powerful, strong, and can devastate any in it's path.

Word has it that if both swords are acquired together it builds the perfect balance...However, all have their own goals and conquest and everyone's lives differs from one another....We now begin in the Phillipines!





Ancient Times - Phillipines


Thuy's eyes widen as she woke up from the bed and glanced about.

Talim blinked as she looked at her...Talim was no more than a 12 year old girl.



Thuy looked at her as Talim said after.

"Hello, are you okay? You had some injuries when you washed up here by ocean. You been a sleep for 12 days."

Thuy's eyes widen and said after.

"12 days!?"

Talim blinked as her parents went to check but notice the girl is awake as Talim said after.

"You're safe here. I'm Talim the wind priestess."

Thuy sat up and notice her clothes are a bit different now.

Talim said after.

"Oh hope you don't mine. Your original clothes were badly damaged. My grandmother and mother help you into the ones you have on."

Thuy asked after.

"You're young...You trust me in your home and don't know me?"

Talim said after.

"Well, I can sense good and evil with the power of the wind...Yes, I'm young but I have the powerfulness connection with the wind here. That makes me a wind priestess."

Thuy nodded as she thanked her and said after.

"My daggers still here?"

Talim pointed to the counter.

"I can show you to wield tonfa blades. If you can use daggers, these would be no problems. Best to stay here for the moment till at full strength. You haven't eaten either."

Thuy nodded as Talim's dad went to go get some food.









Ancient Times - China

Amy woke up in a bed as she looked around and notice she's just in a night gown.

"Oh gosh!"

Chinese ladies blink at her as they are doing some chores. Speaking in Chinese to each other as they step out of the room and Amy blink a lot at them. Xianghua would walk in as she said after.

"Hello! You're awake, good...You can understand this language better? Right?"

Amy notice she's speaking English, as she sat up and said after.

"Uh...Yeah...Where am I? And my clothes? Where is my bow and arrows?"

Xianghua said after to her.

"Well...clothes are not good...As for your weapons, still got em. Had to polish em. You should learn to use a sword. The one I use is light and if you're quick it works well."

Amy tilted her head and looked at her funny.

"Where am I?"

Xianghua stuck her tongue out and said after.

"Ruling building...Anyway, I got some clothes line up for you in the dresser. Try those on and will chat about things."



Amy got out of bed and went to change into some new Chinese attire like clothes.








Ancient Times - Greece


Fews years in the past...



Hippolyta would lead her ladies to paradise island as the waters parted way to start their journey.

Nike stood there and said after.

"I believe this where we part ways, sister."

Hippolyta nodded and said after.

"I know you wish to stay here and pass good words between women and men to live in harmonia. Please be safe sister, know you shall be welcome to our island at anytime...Also when the time comes we expect to meet again, some day."

Nike nodded as the two hugged and they parted ways...



Present day....



Eurydice Shrine - Greece


Sophitia would be down on one knee praying in front of the Colossus statue.

While, praying a portal open as the body fell down behind her as Karthok winced on his back wounded. Sophitia's eyes widen and looked over her shoulder.

"By the gods and goddesses, what in the world?"



Rothion went over having some bread he just baked and waved to Sophitia.

"Sophitia! I bought some bread for you, your mother, Nike and the rest of your family. How are-Oh...Oh what happened?!"

Rothion ran over as Sophitia would check on Karthok and said after.

"He's wounded...Rothion, get the medic please, I'll be with him."

Rothion nodded and ran off.

Later...

Karthok would awaken as Sophitia would say after.

"Are you awake now? If so, what happened and I would advise moving slowly. Your wounds were close to fatal, so you can't freely move about just yet."







Ancient Times - Japan

Jyakudai Villa



Ellis blinked as he woke up under a cherry blossom tree as Seong Mi-Na looked at him and said after.

"Oh good, you're awake! Nice, you should probably change. You took quite a hit...Here are your knives, but you know...You should get a better weapon. It'll help if you have to do close combat."

Ellis blinked taken back by this a bit as he said after.

"Wha...What?"

Seong Mi-Na smirked and said after.

"You got a bunch of questions, I'm sure...Here change and will chat. I'm just traveling by, so you lucky I stopped by when I did.

Later...

Karthok would awaken as Sophitia would say after.

"Are you awake now? If so, what happened and I would advise moving slowly. Your wounds were close to fatal, so you can't freely move about just yet."

Karthok curled a lip as the pain let him he know he was alive.. He looked to this person as he said..


"I am Karthok Bodyguard to the Music Guardian Warriors..We were on Kynn to stop a Drow Assassin that was out to kill the Royal Wild Elf Prince. I was struck by his magic and then i am here.. Where is my Axe? No one has touched the blade have they? "


He looked to his arm for his bracer as well..

"Where is my bracer as well? "

Some time later...




Ancient China


Xianghua would hand Amy a map as she said after.

"Okay, got word a friend of mine. Kilik...Met him briefly but he's heading here...So, I'm going to make sure to get him and meet up with you...I want us to meet up with this guy. They say his name is Maxi. Kilik travel with him a bit more... But will meet up with him there."

Amy said after.

"Sure...Guess, with the Chinese sword and my bow and arrow it'll work. I kind of feel like a poser dressing like this and not being...Well, you know? Eastern."

Xianghua said after.

"Oh no worries, but will meet up there."






Ancient Phillipines


Thuy waved off to Talim and the others as she took her daggers and tonfa blades and travel on off now.






Ancient Greece


Sophitia would hand his bracer and axe. As well as a larger shield and a thicker sword. To fight like a Spartan with his own style as well.

"Pray your journey goes well, you're fully healed. I don't know where to tell you to go, from here you can head more to the Western side of Europe or the far Eastern side into Asia. The choice is yours."






Ancient Japan


Ellis took his knives with the strings on them as well as having a long naginata now. Seong Mi-Na said after.

"I'm heading more to China and see what information, I can get...Oh if you want to try your friends...Huh...Not sure, try more to the Western side. Guessing more information would be there.

Ellis nodded and thank her as he made his way off.





Near the Ancient Indian Port...







Astaroth would slaughter all of Maxi's pirates and fled by morning hurting Maxi in the process. Once the ship docked, Maxi buried all of his pirates and left to look for Astaroth.



Amy would arrive at the Indian port but demons have been attacking the area as she would flame dust a revenant coming at her and slash down a demon. Pausing as she notice the sky would grow dark as thunder rumble. She'd move over to the dock and notice the pirate ship, but no one is on it. For now she'd use it as shelter. Even decorating it with all sorts of things she got on her travel......


Sometimes later, Maxi would arrive after taking down some demons and not finding Astaroth. Seeing the ship looks weirdly decorated he would approach with caution...

Sophitia would hand his bracer and axe. As well as a larger shield and a thicker sword. To fight like a Spartan with his own style as well.

Karthok nodded as he leaned down and his huge hand touched the earth// He closed his eyes as Sophitia saw the lines on his shoulder softly glow as he felt the earth to feel for Thuy, Amy, and Ellis..

"Where are you three?"




Sometimes later, Maxi would arrive after taking down some demons and not finding Astaroth. Seeing the ship looks weirdly decorated he would approach with caution...
As Amy and him had a small clash.. he steped back blinking at her as then both found out the was neither a demon..

"What do you want? What did you do to my ship?"

Amy held her sword up as Kilik and Xianghua would run over to them and wave as Amy blinked and Xianghua said after.

"Good, you found Maxi! Kilik kind of told me how bad things were..."

Amy heard the thunder rumble as she said after.

"Uh...Can we chat and all out of the rain and storm?"

Xianghua nodded as they all went on Maxi's ship. Once the storm relaxed they set sail to their next area.






Ancient Egypt



Ellis walked over and glanced about checking out some pyramid as he moved with some camels.

"Well...I don't think they got here yet..."

Yun-Seong spotted him and wondered how he got that naginata and wonder if he attacked Seong Mi-Na...So the redhead dived at him to battle.

Xianghua nodded as they all went on Maxi's ship. Once the storm relaxed they set sail to their next area. Maxi at the helm sailed as he looked annoyed and semi barked at Kilik & Xianghua saying

"Would you like to tell me what is going on before a really get mad? Who is that girl and what the hell are you two up to with her?"






Ancient Egypt

"Hmm sounds like fun battle is a foot.. Shall we check it out ?"

Ancient Times - Kunpaetku Shrine Ruins



Amy and Maxi went together this time as they enter a cave with bats flying as Maxi is looking for Astaroth to fight and kill him as the large giant comes down with an axe to cut them down.

Amy blinked and shoved Maxi out of the way as she used her Chinese sword to block, but it does make her stumble back a lot as she manages to shove Astaroth off now.

"Oh geeze...Maxi maybe we should go."

Amy rolled her eyes as she notice Maxi and Astaroth fight viciously, both throwing and beating each other up all over the place. Amy blinked as she does a few hand gestures charging up a fire attack, just waiting for an opening.


Note: Make a very convincing battle post where neither fighter is getting the edge and both are beating each other.





Ancient Times - Ostrheinsburg Castle



On a raft down the Mediterranean near the castle areas. Yun-Seong and Ellis manage to team up now and travel as Yun-Seong is looking around after they just beat up a revenant.



Tira grins as she hops by a tower area and looks at him. Sounding happy and hyper.


"Ohhhh....He looks strong! Very strong! "

Ellis stands up straight and dust his outfit off as he looks about.

"Wonder if my friends are here at all..."

Tira would now glare as she went from hyper happy to angry and gloomy. Clearly has severe split personality.

"You're not so bad....But I don't like the look in your eyes. There is no need for a conscious!"





Tira hopped off and land on the raft with them as she glares now.

"I want to see if you're worthy of that sword! Lets find out!"

She pull out her huge charkram and went for Yun-seong. She also has a flock of ravens flying around her to distract him.

Ellis blinked as he focus his power to charge up an ice attack.



Note: You must do a battle between Yun-Seong and Tira. It should be equal grounds, neither getting a fair hard hit, do to evasion.








Ancient Times - Romanian Valley - Castle Siege





Flames filled the area as it's night sky and Karthok and Thuy manage to get on the roof Raphael is on.


Raphael glares and said after.

"Get lost!"

He moved over with his fencing sword as he went to stab the two but Thuy slaps his sword away with her tonfa blades.

Raphael glares as he stands up straight, charging up some power now.



In the Romanian area, Selene would run off fleeing roam for now as the place is on fire. Some villagers and children run off as the place is attacked by vampires.


Raphael smirked as Thuy said after.

Thuy would say after.

"Karthok you got him? Going to investigate...Meet me in Germany where we talked about...Careful, this one is a vampire and his fencing sword is coated with poison."

With that Thuy would go ahead, the two would part ways for now.

Note: Karthok must win this fight to stay alive, he has to defeat Raphael enough to get him to leave.








Ancient Germany - Lost Cathedral






Thuy would get there now as she heard a loud yelling that sounded demonic inside. She'd rush ahead.

Siegfried would stand there holding the sword of Soul Edge and demonic looking now in the Nightmare armor. His hair longer now.



Thuy glared as she would work on charging her powers with lightning then run over at him and the two would clash in a fight now. As she mostly avoided his sword swings till she build up enough power.

Ancient Times - Kunpaetku Shrine Ruins

Maxi and Astaroth fight







Maxi and Astaroth clashed like titans as Maxi had to flip and jump of Astaroth back as the huge axe crashed into the ground.. Landing Maxi used a flury of chuk strikes across Astaroth back as the giant growls and spins hitting Maxi sending his tumbling across the ground like a rag doll..Maxi shook his head as he barely saw the Axe coming and rolled out of the way as it again crashed down where he just was.. Flipping to his feet Maxi quickly struck Astaroth with several knife kicks to his side and ribs as Astaroth turned to ram Maxi .. But Maxi was ready and rammed back.. a Red aura flashed around Astaroth as a Greenish yellow aura was around Maxi.. the two hit as a flash of chi energy clashed and pushed them back.. Astaroth roared as he swung his axe at Maxi which in turn Maxi swung his chuks with Green tracers coming from them as the two weapons BOOMed.. Neither gaining ground..Astaroth used the butt of his axe slamming maxi in the face as blood flew.. in turn ramming the axe top with a spike in Maxi's side lifting him and throwing him as he rolled bleeding and stumble staggard to his feet..Maxi's eyes narrowed in anger as Astaroth came in but thinking Maxi was weak only to meet a fliry of powerful chuk strikes as the chuks moved so fast the left a green glowing tracer as the hits struck over and over till blood flew from Astaroth face arms and torso.. Neither backing down as the strikes of both became bloodier..









Ancient Times - Ostrheinsburg Castle

Yun-Seong and Tira fight




Tira pull out her huge charkram and went for Yun-seong. She also has a flock of ravens flying around her to distract him as it almost worked till Yun-Seong did the splits as a charkram slashed the air over his head were he had been standing..He spung his legs around leg sweeping her to fall as he flipped to his feet after .. Finding her doing the same..she giggled and spun the weapon as Yun-Seong blocked and deflected it left and right.. as then he fell back from a kick to his gut and he dodged as the charkram struck the ground where he had been.. he dodge again and again as she giggled and he finally got a opening as he did a reverse roundhouse striking her in the face making her fall back as he came down with his sword to be blocked as she suddenly was a emo like mad..whipping around and swinging the giant charkram as Yun-Seong dodged and blocked.. the ringing sounds of the to metal weapons could be heard for yards..as Yun-Seong waited and watched.. every opening he got was a strong and painful foot strike as she seared . Her hands spinning the charkram slapping hard to Yun-Seong as he in turn tumbered back .Neither was gaining ground.. Tira's torso was bruised and her lip bleeding from a kick as Yun-Seong panted as he had bruising on his arm and side with mainy small cuts bleeding on him here and there..
















Ancient Times - Romanian Valley - Castle Siege

Karthok vs Raphael








Raphael with a cocky arrogant laugh went right for Karthok as he swung his sword slashing at Karthok as he used his huge axe to block but a few slashes hit as karthok snared and his lip curled .. A huge foot coming up as he rammed Raphael back as Raphael looked shocked being sent sliding back over 200 ft.. Karthok came in like a bull as he started swinging that axe making Raphael block over and over till Karthok slammed the head of his axe into Raphael gut twisting the handle as a spike stabbed into Raphael making he spit up blood.. Karthok lifted him like a rag doll and slammed him into the ground dragging him with the axe still impaling him as he threw him off it .. Raphael healing started as Karthok saw the reg going as Hilt slammed Raphael knocking him to the ground as he brought that huge axe down slamming the blade in Raphael as he used it to lift him and jump doing a triple spin in the air and slammed the Blade into Raphael and crushing the ground for 20 ft in all directions. as he pulled his blade from him and moved to finish him off till Raphael stabbed his in the caff making Karthok step back annoid as Raphael flees the area disappearing bloody and body broken in many ways..

Amy finished charging as she narrowed her eyes.

Japanese symbols would start appearing around her in clock formation. They would soon after ignite into flames. With sold burning ring flames within the flames now.

"Burning Mandala!"

Her hand went forward as all 12 fireballs of burning rings flew at Astaroth knocking him off the ledge now. As the place started to shake and a cave in was about to start.

Amy blinked as she grabbed Maxi and dragged him out.

"If we don't leave now will get crushed!"

With that she would pull him on out of the area.








Ellis watch the fight as he looked like her was dancing off the raft for a second hovering as he made a crystal like ice orb running his hands over it now.

"Shine Ice Mirage!"

He held it out as it shot a blast of ice like frozen water. Out of it a large ice orb of cold energy blew and hit Tira now knocking her into the water now. Tira would be knocked far away from them as the raft sailed on leaving Tira behind.

Ellis blinked as he looked to Yun-Seong and asked after.

"Are you okay?"

Suddenly they heard a loud powerful blast coming near by the coast of Germany.

"I guess...That's where we are going to next."







Thuy got knocked back down as Nightmare stood over her. However...The holy sword, Soul Calibur hovered in the air and flew down at the two.

Nightmare would jump away as Thuy rolled to the side and notice the sword stab into the ground next to her. She looked to it as she picked up Soul Calibur now as her tonfa blades now appeared in the shape of Soul Calibur.

"Here we go.."



Nightmare slashed at her as she slammed her tonfa blade now into his the two weapons causing a explosion as they hit one another blocking quite a lot. The impact alone causing both of them to bleed and bruise a bit. Thuy glared as she back hand him with the blunt side of the sword. Knocking the Nightmare helmet off as Siegfried was under it, his eyes red and long grown out hair as his voice sounded demonic. Picking up Soul Edge now.

Thuy narrowed her eyes as she charged her tonfa with Soul Calibur as Siegfried charged right at her now.

The sky would turn black as Thuy narrowed her eyes now and lightning struck down on her as she glowed with lightning around her now.

"Supreme Thunder Crash!"

She would hold her hands out as the lightning shot forward with Soul Calibur's energy as it blast the sword out of Siegfried's hand as well as Soul Calibur flew off Thuy's hand as the lightning bold went through Siegfried's stomach and out of his back as his hair was horribly fried and he burned a lot falling as he screamed.

Siegfried would fall on the ground out cold and hardly alive. As Thuy fell to her knees and looked at both swords now on the floor. After a moment she would pass out.




Ellis and Yun-Seong would arrive there as they wondered what happened as Karthok just got there too. The three would see the two on the ground.

Amy blinked as she grabbed Maxi and dragged him out. With that she would pull him on out of the area. Maxi followed but was not happy. He wanted Astaroth to pay.







Ellis blinked as he looked to Yun-Seong and asked after.

"Are you okay?"

Yun-Seong nodded as he straighten his clothing saying..

"Yeah, Thanks for the help.."

Suddenly they heard a loud powerful blast coming near by the coast of Germany. Yun-Seong looked up with the oh crap look as he looked to Ellis..

"I guess...The question is what are we running into next?"







Ellis and Yun-Seong would arrive there as they wondered what happened as Karthok just got there too. The three would see the two on the ground. Karthok with cuts on him as he looked in.. He moved over and kneeled down checking her pulse..

"Damnit.. She better be okay.. I was fighting a sword swinging vamp.."

Yun-Seong blinked as he walked over staying on guard as he checked Siegfried ..

"He is alive.. messed up. But alive."


Karthok checked Thuy for any damage to see if she was safe to move as he saw she was alive..

Few weeks later...



Thuy was better now as she met up with Amy and Ellis along with Karthok while Maxi and Yun-Seong were near by as they camp near Maxi's ship.

Thuy looked to Siegfried who just woke up and his hair is shorter, since he lost it in the fight now.

Amy said after.

"Will have to even out that guy's hair...Unless, he's still evil?"

Thuy said after.

"That was due to the sword. We still have both here."

They would hand Siegfried Soul Calibur. As before they could work on handing Soul Edge to purify both swords, that drow came back and took it...To which the draw got the Nightmare armor and transformed into Nightmare!

Ellis said after.

"Look out!"

However, the drow had no intention of dealing with them as it used Soul Edge to open a gateway out of the world...As the portal was about to close soon after.

Thuy said after.

"Well...Don't know about the rest of you, but we need to stop that guy...You guys can make the choice to stay here or follow...But we can't guarantee you'll be back here."

Amy nodded as she jumped into the portal as did Ellis. Thuy said after.

"I'll leave the choice to you all."

As Thuy jumped into the portal, leaving only seconds for the others to decide.

Few weeks later...

Seconds was not even a thought as Karthok was through the portal and gone with TEA..So was Maxi as he had a marble in his hand that his ship was gone and in it.. Siegfried sheathed Soul Calibur and followed as did Yun-Seong... The camp was empty and the campfire was burning alone..
